Living with Intersectionality Panel Discussion
Black Disable Women Across Generations
Precious Alannah Lockitt-Turner, moderated a panel discussion with author of "White Supremacy is All Around Us", Dr. Cadet, disability advocate Rev. Rainey Dock Matthews, and legally blind Chapman film student, Toks Ade Opeifa, to discuss the unseen challenges of living in the intersection of being a Black woman with visible and invisible disabilities. Panelist share bias, assumptions and disability fatigue.
