WRBLSA's 2026 Academic Leadership Retreat is a 1 day BLSA Leadership retreat to build community and leadership capabilities of Black law students within the Western Region. All BLSA members are invited to join us for a weekend of growth, learning, and fun!

Engage in a transformative experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within WRBLSA and future innovators in the legal profession. This program goes beyond traditional titles and roles, providing law and pre-law students with essential tools, confidence, and networks to lead purposefully. Through interactive workshops, dialogues with WRBLSA alumni, and hands-on leadership training, participants will enhance vital skills in communication, organization, and professional conduct. The retreat acts as a launching pad for excelling in the legal field and shaping the future of Black leadership in law.
